About this Hybrid Strain
The top-ranking sativa-dominant hybrid strain Chernobyl has a distinct lime-sherbet smell that tastes citrusy with some reviewers reporting a lemony aftertaste. Its buds are a light green when ready for harvest that can appear whitened with trichomes and covered in orange pistils.

History
It derives its name from the disaster that occurred in 1986 when the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Pripyat, Ukraine exploded and released radioactive particles – therefore this strain is highly potent in its high. Its parents are a female cross-breed of the hybrid Trainwreck and sativa Trinity with the male sativa Jack the Ripper.
